Greasing pipes are broken and they need to be replaced.
Electrical:
Motors operating boards of gates need to be replaced. The inside parts are also in need ot being replaced with wiring and replacing the electrical circuits, replacing fuses.
The lighting is in need of general maintenance and replacement of the 12 lights with their holders, as well as fixing and connecting of the cables.
The generator is 140kva nipon shario. It needs 2 batteries.
Civil:
Cables lanes need to be repaired for the existing of broken parts.
The fence (brc) needs to be repaired in certain areas.
The parsols above the motors and the gear box need to be repaired due to the lack of some ribbed plates. The generator is without a ceiling.
Treatments:
Doing a general maintenance for all regulator parts and gates by cleaning with pressed sand and then painted, lubrication and greasing.
Fixing the chains and replacing the damaged ones. Fixing the cut chains.
